They could not prove any link between coffee drinkers and risk of death from any cause,like death from cancer, or death from cardiovascular disease. Even people who drank up to six cups of coffee per day were at no higher risk of death.
Dr. Rob van Dam (Adjunct Associate Professor of Nutrition and Epidemiology)from Harvard T.H.Chan said- “Drinking up to 6 cups a day of coffee is not related to increasing the risk of death from any cause, or death from cancer or cardiovascular disease.”
It’s really a good news for people who have seen coffee drinking as an unhealthy habit.
